Welcome to Humandraft. Our platform is designed for writers who value process over polish, and honesty over performance. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Humandraft’s website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using Humandraft, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
You are responsible for anything you write, share, or post using Humandraft. You must only share work you have the rights to share.
You agree not to upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful content and to use the platform in a way that honors the safety and consent of others.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you're creating an account on behalf of someone else (like a company), you confirm you have the authority to do so.
You retain full rights to any content you create on Humandraft. By submitting work, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it solely within Humandraft, including previews, Circle sharing, and discovery.
We do not own your work. You can delete your content or account at any time.
AI tools like Refine Mode are optional and used only at your request. We don’t run AI analysis on your work unless you activate it. We do not use your writing to train external AI systems.
You can stop using Humandraft at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the platform in harmful ways.
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or bug-free operation.
To the extent allowed by law, Humandraft is not liable for indirect damages or content posted by users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If legal disputes arise, we’ll do our best to resolve them peacefully. Otherwise, jurisdiction falls to UK courts.
We may update these Terms periodically. If we do, we’ll notify you in-product or via email. Continued use of Humandraft after changes means you accept the new Terms.
